Talking with Lucy...

Lucy lost 14 pounds for our last weigh in. She had been averaging about 2-3 pounds each weigh in before that, but not for the last one! I asked her what she had been doing differently and how did she pull off such a big number this time...

She said, "Major diet change. More protein, less carbs - and no sweets. I have been taking my lunch to work. Less snacking. Just making healthy choices."

How easy does that sound ladies? You can do it too! Eat your protein. Eat your veggies. Cut out the sugar, you don't need it! Make the healthy choices for your body.
