I have a BUSY day tomorrow. Boot camp at 5 and 6, helping a friend at 7:30, my cardio workout at 8:30, PT at 9:30, my weight training workout at 10:40, dentist appointment at 1 pm in Morton. WHEW! I am not complaining about being busy, but I go through the same things that you do!
I had to plan ahead to get my meals ready. This is something that you can do every day to keep you on track. It took me about 25 minutes to get three meals ready for tomorrow. I will be eating my first three meals on the road tomorrow. I cannot rely on eating on the road with my competition diet. I have to be very strict.
Meal 1: 3 eggs salad made with mustard and spicy mustard, carrots, spinach juice
Meal 2: 2 string cheese (I do not include string cheese on a regular basis, in fact, this is the first time I have eaten them since I went on my diet...it is strictly for convenience sake that I will be eating them tomorrow), 2 slices natural ham, cherry tomatoes, spinach juice.
Meal 3: This will be post workout on my way to Morton. Protein shake, yellow pepper, spinach juice.
Yes, that is three spinach juices for tomorrow so far. It is SO important that I get my veggies in. If not for the veggies, I would not feel like I got to eat at all! I will probably have another serving or two of spinach before tomorrow is over...
Please do not think that my diet is the diet that you should be following. I am on a competition diet that is strategically planned out for my body. When you are ready for your competition diet, we will map out yours specifically for your body! :)
